From St.Nic’s car park, through the park, over the bridge on to Myton Road, quick circuit of Bridge End, back over the bridge, then a diversion to see the castle Mill Gardens, then through the castle gatehouse down through the car parks, across to the race course then a lap of the course, back through the market square, via Barracks road, through Priory Park, and to the Portuguese Cafe for coffee and nata, then back via St.Nic’s side entrance
