Down from the war memorial down Forrest Road into the Castle, around the lower outer walls, out on Purlieu Lane following the castle cross country route around Chase Wood, back all the way down Chase Lane, up Beehive Hill, along a bit of Upper Spring Lane, then down the cut-through track past Parliament Piece, down Manor Road and back via the Yellow Brick Road.
