Down Abbey Fields on the diagonal path, up Bridge Street to the cross roads, along the High Street to the Castle, along Purlieu Lane round the back of the Castle, up to Castle Farm then into the Castle Farm sports fields, out onto Fishponds, and back via Randall Road and Warwick Road again.
