From the war memorial down Forrest Road onto the footpath down to Castle Farm sport centre, over the football pitches and out the back into the fields, to the right and round to Castle Farm the farm, around the outside of the castle, back via Purlieu Lane, down to the ford, into Abbey Fields, around the far side of the lake, through the park, to Bridge Street and back via Bus Shelters.
