Description
Spicy beef fajita mixture - served with warmed flour tortillas, guacamole, salsa and sour cream
Ingredients
| 500 | Gram | beef steak (best beef you can find, sliced into thin strips) |
| 2 | onion (large, sliced) | |
| 2 | Clove | garlic (crushed) |
| 1 | red pepper (sliced) | |
| 1 | green pepper (sliced) | |
| 1 | green chilli (optional, thinly sliced) | |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon (Metric) | ground cumin |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon (Metric) | ground coriander |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon (Metric) | cayenne pepper |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon (Metric) | ground ginger |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon (Metric) | cinnamon |
| 2 | Teaspoon (Metric) | lemon juice |
| 2 | Tablespoon (Metric) | tequila (optional - could use sherry) |

Instructions
Heat oil in a large frying pan and when hot throw in the thinly sliced beef and fry briskly for a good 5 minutes.
Add in the onions and garlic and saute, then add in the sliced up peppers.
Add the spices and lemon juice and tequila if using.
