Description
Tasty peanut sauce to accompany the satay chicken kebabs
Ingredients
| 2 | Tablespoon (Metric) | peanut butter |
| 40 | Gram | creamed coconut (dry block coconut) |
| 2 | Teaspoon (Metric) | red thai curry paste |
| 1 | Tablespoon (Metric) | fish sauce |
| 1 | Tablespoon (Metric) | soft light brown sugar |
Instructions
Mix the creamed coconut with 200ml water, add the other ingredients to the blender and cream together.
Transfer to a small saucepan and warm gently, it will thicken gradually. Add a little boiled water if necessary.
