Ingredients
| 6 | Ounce | margarine |
| 6 | Ounce | caster sugar |
| 9 | Ounce | self-raising flour |
| 3 | eggs | |
| 6 | Tablespoon (Metric) | milk |
Instructions
Cream together the marg and suger, gradually add the beaten eggs and milk.
Fold in the flour.
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 200C
For the icing, throw together 4oz icing sugar, 2oz margarine and 3 teaspoons of milk and stir.
