Sticky and gingery cake

Ingredients

3Ounceicing sugar
1 1⁄2Ouncemargarine for icing
  syrup from the stem ginger
4Ouncemargarine (melted in the microwave- but not too runny)
4Ouncegolden syrup
4Ouncecaster sugar
6Ounceself-raising flour
1 egg
1Tablespoon (Metric)ground ginger
1⁄4Pintmilk
 Unknownstem ginger

Instructions

Fold in the flour.

Place in oven at 160C for about 40 minutes or more
