Description

Marinade for thai satay chicken sticks. Serve with satay sauce and spicy noodles

Ingredients

900Gramchicken breast (cut into cubes)
2Tablespoon (Metric)vegetable oil
2Tablespoon (Metric)dark soy sauce
2Teaspoon (Metric)tamarind paste
1 lemon grass (inner part chopped roughly)
2Clovegarlic (crushed)
1Teaspoon (Metric)ground cumin
1Teaspoon (Metric)ground coriander
1Tablespoon (Metric)lime juice
1Teaspoon (Metric)soft light brown sugar

Instructions

Blend all the marinade ingredients with the hand blender, and soak the cubed chicken for at least an hour
