Description
Marinade for thai satay chicken sticks. Serve with satay sauce and spicy noodles
Ingredients
| 900 | Gram | chicken breast (cut into cubes) |
| 2 | Tablespoon (Metric) | vegetable oil |
| 2 | Tablespoon (Metric) | dark soy sauce |
| 2 | Teaspoon (Metric) | tamarind paste |
| 1 | lemon grass (inner part chopped roughly) | |
| 2 | Clove | garlic (crushed) |
| 1 | Teaspoon (Metric) | ground cumin |
| 1 | Teaspoon (Metric) | ground coriander |
| 1 | Tablespoon (Metric) | lime juice |
| 1 | Teaspoon (Metric) | soft light brown sugar |
Instructions
Blend all the marinade ingredients with the hand blender, and soak the cubed chicken for at least an hour
