Kenilworth Wardens Colts 0 - 2 Banbury Irish

An unfortunate result for the Colts this week in a match they could have drawn. Although they created few chances they defended resolutely for the most part. Both Banbury's goals came either side of half time created from static defence "moments" that allowed two of their attackers to be given space iwithin the six yard box. On both occasions Kyle the Keeper managed pull off fine saves from the initial efforts, but unfortunately because of the lack of defensive support, their following in players were able to score easily. Much to Kyle's distress both goals were the result of defensive errors, so nearly saved by Kyle. Overall the team passed and defended well, just a couple of moments let them down on this occasion.
