I am Hamish Foxley. I live in Kenilworth, UK, I play various instruments with Freds Folks ceilidh band mostly around Nottingham, and trombone for Chain Of Fools soul band in the Warwick area and the World, and very occasionally accordion/fiddle with the Corduroy Pillows around Kenilworth. Also, I enjoy running with the Clinton Trotters, I work for csmascent as an IT-type-person, and I take photos fairly regularly - here's a few relating to my lovely family.
Jigs 6 is, of course, the sixth page of jigs within the Freds Folks music book and is a great favourite (especially of Jacqui-the-flute). You can see the entire Freds Folks tune book online at Dad's website. It's a tremendous world-renowned resource of sets of tunes for dancing to and listening to, organised by tune type.
On my website I am experimenting with Drupal web development, so some links may well appear confused while testing, on the odd occasion !
Please feel free to look around. I'm trying to add to the blog occasionally, The recipes section is my effort to combine all our edible house cooking into a single location instead of being scattered around many different books with hand-written notes added and other loose sheets with food stains! Please go ahead and try them out (or not) and comment/rate if you feel the urge! I'm also experimenting with a football league Drupal module to keep track of Sean's team events. The matches are really exciting, even if they don't always win! I can't guarantee that the match reports are completely objective and unbiased.
If you're planning a Bingo party then go ahead and use my auto bingo caller web page.
Finally, if like me, you're struggling with the Rubik's Cube then my handy solution guide may help you out! Content was merged from several sources including neices!
